Peter Mason-Apps - Senior Partner

Mr Mason-Apps has been a qualified solicitor for over 35 years practicing in Maidenhead and consequently has a broad range of civil legal experience. He is experienced in conveyancing, matrimonial matters, employment law, civil litigation, probate, Wills, commercial and company law. He is a member of the Law Society’s Family Conveyancing and Probate panels. Prior to his legal career Mr Mason-Apps attended Maidenhead Grammar School and was then a ships navigating officer with Shell.

He is a family man with four children and two grandchildren and is an active local sportsman

Emily Deane - Partner

Before joining the firm in August 2005 Emily had undertaken an English degree before completing her diploma and legal practice course in law. She is a solicitor practising in divorce and family matters, wills, trusts and probate, conveyancing and small claims matters.

Amy Stroud - Associated Solicitor

Amy trained in London and is a solicitor of 7 years pqe. She has been dealing with personal injury claims for the past 10 years, and before that several years in family matters. She has a wide range of experience in personal injury claims from trips, slips, road traffic accidents, accidents at work to complex clinical negligence claims, mostly acting for Claimants. However, her particular interest is accidents at work. She is also an active member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers).
